The design challenges conventions with its triangular structure, an ingenious solution to adapt to the sloping and wandering terrain that characterizes the region. Inspired by the inhabitants who will bring this home to life, the house merges the vision of an artist and an entrepreneur, reflected in every corner.
Seeking Spaces that Connect and Naturally Inspire, the distribution of the house prioritizes connection and visual openness. Three modules—the common area, living area, and utility area—configure the triangle, offering a cozy and functional environment, with a kitchen designed to seamlessly integrate with the outdoor panorama. Natural light floods every corner, thanks to the organic skylights that connect the independent modules, creating a play of light and shadow that transforms the interior atmosphere throughout the day.
In line with the ethical values of our company, Casa Pelmon has been built using ecologically sustainable bricks, made from recycled materials sourced from construction waste. This eco-responsible approach not only ensures the preservation of the environment but also adds a distinctive and authentic character to the structure. The architecture of Casa Pelmon harmoniously blends with the surrounding landscape, offering panoramic views of the San Nicolás Valley and the lush Yarumos forest that frames the perimeter of the lot. Each interior space is designed to maximize connection with nature, allowing residents to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity.
